What you’ll do:

• Lead projects through all RIBA stages, focusing on design, technical detailing, and contract administration.
• Use your skills in AutoCAD, with potential opportunities to explore SketchUp and Lumion.
• Write specifications and contract documents with precision and professionalism.

What you’ll bring:

• A Few years of post-qualification experience, ideally within high-end residential projects.
• Strong technical detailing and contract administration expertise.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and fluency in English.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment.
