Jevon has spent most of his career within the design engineering sector, specifically across the Building Services, Civils, Structures, and Sustainability disciplines. Jevon has recruited in both the permanent and contract markets, both in the UK and internationally, gaining an immense understanding of Building Engineering. Jevon takes his time building strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure their needs are always met. He’s also one-half of The Konkering Pod’s hosts, interviewing guests from a wide range of sectors, unpicking their journey and understanding their definition of success.

Outside of work I enjoy:

Golf, Rugby, and Skiing are my main passions but would class myself as an all-round sports lover! At the weekend you’ll often find me cycling, running, and swimming, having recently completely an Ironman. I’m an avid Exeter Chiefs supporter and transfer all the values of the game into my working life. I enjoy learning about ancient history and geography (especially capital cities!) as well as watching a good sci-fi movie!
