About the practice & Opportunity
This medium sized Architectural practice mainly work on residential projects, with a growing percentage of their work coming from the student accommodation, commercial and retail sectors.
We’re looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist who has proven residential experience, working on both bespoke houses as well as much large residential schemes, alongside housebuilders.
If you’re confident with taking projects from RIBA stage 4 through to completion, we want to hear from you!
Working with some of the biggest and best house builders across the country, you would be joining their residential team, leading projects and working closely alongside a office Associate.
They’re a team of 10 individuals now with plans to grow due to their workload. They have a beautiful new office in the centre of Birmingham and have a fun, outgoing and social team you could be joining.
Almost all of their work in done in Revit, so we need individuals with strong Revit experience to join their team and hit the ground running.
