Are you a Health & Safety Advisor with experience in the construction or consultancy sector looking to take the next step in your career within a dynamic and well-established consultancy?

With a strong reputation in the industry, this multi-disciplinary consultancy provides single, multiple, and full multi-disciplinary services across both the public and private sectors, covering a wide range of industry disciplines. Their projects range from large-scale new builds and refurbishments to smaller design, survey, and construction work. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to join their expanding team in London or Colchester.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting site audits, and providing expert advice to clients and project teams. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving health and safety standards across multiple sites.
The Role:

• Conduct health and safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
• Provide advice and guidance on compliance with H&S legislation
• Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to promote a positive health and safety culture

The Person:

• Experience in health and safety within the construction or consultancy sector
