Senior Architect

Konker is recruiting for an Architect & Senior Architect to join an AJ 100 practice based in London.
 
At present, this practice is winning substantial work and they are looking to strengthen their team of 15 in the London office. Overall, they employ 80+ employees across three offices.
 
As a successful Architect/Senior Architect, you will be working on medium & large-scale residential projects, initially from stage 4 onwards.
 
You can expect a culture that promotes progression and collaboration, with regular team-building events and continued professional development for all the squad. Every two years they go on a summer social/tour to a European city.
 
There are excellent opportunities for career progression and to become a key member of an established but developing London office.
 
The London office is located in the heart of the city, with nearby train stations Southwark, Blackfriars and Waterloo all within walking distance.
 
To Be Considered:- Architect / Senior Architect 

• Experience working as an Architect in the UK
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
• AutoCAD skills and strong experience with Revit.
• Previous experience working on stages 4-5
• Good design awareness and an enthusiastic, committed attitude to work.
• A proven track record in delivering projects to a high technical standard.
• ARB Registered in the UK

Salary in the region of £40,000-£47,500 per annum.
