We’re looking for a Senior Architectural Technician to join an innovative independent practice with around 20 people based in Bristol. They have produced designs for over 50,000 homes in the UK with 200 large scale planning approvals to date. About the role: Senior Architectural Technician

• You’ll be working on large-scale residential developments for leading housebuilders
• You will be gaining experience assisting in the preparation of all drawings and documents required for the submission of planning applications
• You will coordinate information between consultants and make necessary amendments to planning packs to obtain planning permissions
• Ideally, you will have experience preparing Design and Access Statements/ Supporting Statements/planning statements
• Your attention to detail will be a key factor, enabling you to produce accurate, error free drawing information
