Supporting Exeter Foodbank – Christmas 2020
After such a challenging year – one that none of us will forget – Konker Recruitment has decided to give back in a slightly different way to how we usually would at this time of the year.
Rather than our usual Christmas charity beach clean, the decision has been made to support our local Exeter Foodbank which is doing such a great job to support families that have been affected by the Covid crisis.
Exeter Foodbank was started in 2008 by a group of local volunteers to help local people. The foodbank is a project founded by local churches and community groups, working towards a common goal to end hunger in the local area.
There are a number of ways in which you can also help! Please, please, please take a look at the Exeter foodbank website below to find out more about what this fantastic organisation is doing – education is the first step! You have the option to either donate money or food depending on what is easier for you.
Konker will be making a monetary donation as well as doing a large supermarket shop for the cause. Every little helps.
